Ingredients
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips or preferred chocolate
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
Method
- In a saucepan, mix together all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- Cook for 2 hours over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to ensure chocolate has completely melted.
- Top with marshmallows, whipped cream or cinnamon and serve!
