Let’s be real, no one has the time to cook a fancy breakfast every morning, and if you do, kudos to you! This yogurt bowl is going to become your new best friend, especially if you’re anything like me in the morning; rushed & busy, or sometimes…just lazy.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut shavings
- ½ cup mixed berries of choice
- fresh mint leaves to garnish
- Add yogurt to a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon
- Add berries, granola, coconut shavings, chia seeds, and finally fresh mint leaves
